Adjustable Boost Control Valve  The boost control valve is an adjustable pressure relief valve or "check valve". It prevents boost pressure from opening the turbo's wastegate until the preset boost level is reached. Once the turbo spools up to the desired boost, the valve opens, quickly opening the wastegate. Boost pressure is held at this level with accuracy unmatched by even more expensive methods of boost control. Make no mistake this is not a bleed valve! Many products marketed as boost controlers are actually bleed valves. A bleeder valve is open all the time. Bleed valves work by fooling the wastegate into only seeing some of the boost pressure. The rest of the pressure is vented off, sometimes completely wasted by blowing out an open hose. The wastegate opens before maximum boost. This can create turbo lag. Install it yourself The boost valve will work on most turbo charged vehicles. most installations can be finished in less than half an hour with basic hand tools. Volkswagen/ Audi N75 Valve Overboost solution  If you have changed your oem N75 Valve to the J or H versions you can now fine tune the boost to smooth out boost spikes. The Overboost Solution kit is an adaption of the standard Boostvalve boost controller connected to allow the boost spike to be dialed out and prevent the computer from triggereing error codes.
